Partial wedding planning is for the couples who just need a little more guidance and advice for their big day. We come in during crunch time when the contracts have been signed and the vendors have been chosen. We will help distill the many pieces down into manageable parts and then weave it all into the wedding of your dreams. It is nearly impossible to enjoy your wedding while trying to nail down every issue that pops up. You need a point of contact that people can reach out to with questions, a person that is not the bride. Let us be the ones who troubleshoots the problems so you can just enjoy the day with all of the people you love. With this package you can expect to receive:

-Meeting about 3 months out to gather contact information of vendors and people involved. A meeting 1 month out and one week out will be scheduled as well.

-Unlimited email and phone calls after the 3-month meeting.

-Confidence and peace of mind that your day is in capable hands

-A personalized weekend timeline

-Help to outline the ceremony and communication with Officiant.

-Assistance with the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.

-Wedding day direction and execution for 12 hours.

- Help with decor set up 

-Be in contact with vendors to confirm timelines, delivery, set-up and wedding day direction.

-Gather your guests and direct them

-Oversee the run of show for the Ceremony. (Tell people when to go, etc)

-Troubleshoot any design or logistical mishaps

-Be the point person for questions (There will be MANY)

-Hand out final payments and gratuities to vendors
